　　问：BEC阅读第一部分在做得时候划了关键词之后，但很难快速地在原文中找到对应的内容，一般是不是都是句子改写的形式考察的，另外还有什么形式出现，怎么提高速度呢?

　　答：第一部分这道题不算阅读难题，他这个单独列出来这句话和段落之间不是主旨的关系，不是说这句话对那段一个主旨信息的概括，而是里面直接对应一句话，辨认句子的信息或细节，不是原词，一般不是原词，是进行了同义替换的，主动变被动等，或者是单词同义词的转换的这样一个考点

       什么是述职报告?

　　述职报告是领导者个人根据自己的职务要求，对一个时期内执行岗位职责的实 践活动，向选举或任命机构、上级领导机关、主管部门以及本单位的干部群众，进行 自我评述、汇报自己履行岗位责任情况的书而报告，是干部管理考核专用的一种文体。

　　述职报告一般包括序言、主要工作业绩、工作中存在的问题不足及今后工作设 想等部分。序言部分要指出述职者的身份和职责、主要管辖的工作等;业绩部分主要 讲述履行岗位职责的情况、工作目标的完成情况，即做了什么和怎么做的;后两部分， 顾名思义，写出问题和下一步工作设想即可。

　　导言

　　自今年1月份被提升为分行行长起，我一直负责(我行)美国分行全面的 行政和日常业务的管理工作，包括业务拓展、客户维护，并全而负责分行的业绩情况。

　　目前已完成工作总结

　　1.业务拓展

　　•为了让更多的客户了解我们的金融产品，我曾多次组织户外的产品宣传 和推广活动并参与其中。

　　*成功维护了现有客户并开发出潜在客户。我们的口号是“让客户数量说 话! ”并把客户的满意度作为衡量我们工作的标准。通过人性化的有效  沟通，增进了客户和我行之间的理解和互信，增强了现有客户对我行的忠诚度，同时也为我行带来了新的客户。

　　2.业务指标完成情况

　　*到2007年底，我行存款为9亿美元，其中储蓄存款4亿美元，余下是 企业存款。而2008年的此时，我行存款额度已上升至10亿美元，其中  储蓄存款为9亿美元。

　　存在的问题

　　*尽管储蓄存款有所增加，但由于缺少新的增长点，增加幅度并没有达到 预期计划。

　　•由于新上线的系统不支持个人支票业务，致使有些大客户流失进而转向 其他银行。

　　今后工作设想

　　*我们要争取吸收更多存款并幵发更多新客户。

　　*要进一步增强业务拓展能力。

Work Report on the Year 2008

　　Introduction:

　　Being promoted as the Branch Bank Manager this January, I have been in  charge of all the management of administrative and daily business for the Branch  Bank in the USA, including business expansion, client maintenance, as well as  taking whole responsibility for the branch performance.

　　Conclusions of work done so far:

　　1. Business Expansion

　　•In order to make more clients know and use our financial products, I have  organized and taken part in the activities for product promotion and marketing  outside.

　　•I have managed to keep our present clients and develop potential ones. Our  slogan is “Client is the answer.” and their satisfaction is our standard.  Through personal, emotional and effective communication, we have intensified the  understanding and mutual trust between the clients and our bank，so as to enhance  the loyalty of our present clients and to bring new ones.

　　2. Business Quota Fulfillment

　　•By the end of the year 2007, our Branch has savings of $900 million, in  which $400 million is savings deposit and the rest is corporate savings. While  at this time of the year 2008, the sum of savings has risen to $1 billion, in  which the savings deposit accounts for $900 million. 商务英语培训

　　•During the year 2008, more than 300 debit cards are being opened and 267  new credit cards are added to our account.

　　Problems and obstacles:

　　•Due to the lack of new growth points, despite the rise in savings, it  hasn’t met our original goals.

　　•Due to the new system’s failure to provide business of individual check,  some big clients have turned to other banks.

　　Plans for the future:

　　•To attract more savings and develop more new clients.

　　•To enhance the business expansion ability.

　　•To intensify the infrastructural administration skills.
