消费品供需状况统计调查分析报告

  To support the work related to China International Import Expo, and timely and accurately grasp the supply and demand of major consumer goods, the Ministry of Commerce conducted the statistical survey on the supply and demand of 10 major categories of consumer goods such as food, clothing, shoes and hats from March to May 2019. Among these, circulating enterprises (mainly physical stores) filled the form on statistical survey of the supply of major consumer goods, and consumers filled the form on the demand of major consumer goods. The results are as follows.

  为配合中国国际进口博览会相关工作,及时、准确地掌握主要消费品供给和需求情况,商务部于2019年3月-5月对食品、服装鞋帽等10大类主要消费品供需状况开展统计调查。其中,流通企业(以实体店为主)填报主要消费品供给状况统计调查表,消费者填报主要消费品需求状况统计调查表。调查结果显示:

  First, the supply of consumer goods is mainly domestic, and consumers’ demand for imports is strong.

  一、消费品供给以国产为主,消费者进口需求旺盛

  75.2% of the circulating enterprises' saw their sales of domestic consumer goods accounting for more than 50%, basically the same as the previous year. 79.6% of consumers have purchased imported consumer goods. Among these, the imported consumer goods purchased by 41.7% of consumers accounted for more than 10% of consumer goods of the same category. In terms of categories, consumers purchase a higher proportion of imported cosmetics, maternity and child products, clocks, watches and glasses.

  75.2%的流通企业国产消费品销售比重超过50%,与上年基本持平。79.6%的消费者购买过进口消费品,其中41.7%的消费者购买进口消费品占其购买同类消费品比重超过10%。分品类看,对化妆用品、母婴用品、钟表眼镜消费者购买进口的比例较高。

  Second, the willingness of enterprises and consumers to increase their purchases outweighs their willingness to reduce purchases.

  二、企业和消费者增加进口意愿强于减少进口意愿

  In the coming year, 9.7% of enterprises plan to increase the imports of consumer goods, 2.5 percentage points higher than the proportion of enterprises planning to reduce imports. In the next six months, 24.1% of consumers say they will purchase more imported consumer goods, 3.2 percentage points higher than the proportion of consumers who will purchase less. As for food, maternal and child products, cosmetics, watches, clocks, glasses, jewellery, and cars, consumers' willingness to increase their purchases is stronger than their willingness to reduce purchases.

  未来一年,9.7%的企业计划增加消费品进口,比计划减少进口的企业比例高2.5个百分点。未来半年,24.1%的消费者表示将增加购买进口消费品,比减少购买的消费者比例高3.2个百分点。对食品、母婴用品、化妆品、钟表眼镜、珠宝首饰、乘用车6大类消费品,消费者增加购买进口的意愿强于减少购买的意愿。

  Third, consumer goods importing focuses more on brand, safety and design.

  三、消费品进口更关注品牌、安全和设计

  When importing the 10 categories of consumer goods, all enterprises are most concerned about the brand. When importing food and maternal and child products, they focus on the safety. When importing clothes, shoes, hats, and jewelry, they focus on the design. When buying food, maternal and child products, cosmetics, and cars, consumers pay attention to the safety. When buying clothes, shoes, hats, watches, clocks, and jewelry, they pay attention to the design and style.

  企业进口10大类消费品均最关注品牌,进口食品、母婴用品兼顾安全,进口服装鞋帽、珠宝首饰青睐设计因素。消费者购买食品、母婴用品、化妆品、乘用车类关注安全,购买服装鞋帽、钟表眼镜、珠宝首饰注重设计、款式因素。

  Fourth, enterprises’ planned increase in supply basically matches consumers’ purchase demand.

  四、企业拟增加的供给与消费者购买需求基本匹配

  The consumer goods which enterprises have strong willingness to import highly match the goods that consumers strongly need, including fresh fruit, fresh milk, seafood, health products, sportswear, sports shoes, baby food, baby diapers, shampoo products, skin care products, cosmetics, oral care products, watches, glasses, sunglasses, diamond jewelry, and new energy vehicles.

  企业进口意愿较强的消费品品类与消费者进口需求旺盛的品类重合度高。具体包含:鲜果、鲜奶、水产海鲜、保健品、运动服装、运动鞋、婴幼儿食品、婴幼儿纸尿裤、洗发用品、护肤用品、彩妆用品、口腔护理用品、手表、眼镜、太阳镜、钻石饰品、新能源汽车。
